The World of HD Minicams...
is changing all the time
Prime Television has been supplying minicams for all areas of broadcast for over 15 years. When it comes to minicam facilitation we have seen it, done it, got the T-shirt (cleaned and ironed the T-shirt) and perfected the service.
We would like to share that knowledge and experience with you and your team...

Carlsberg Viral
Prime filmed a hidden minicam viral for Carlsberg at London City Airport last month. The bragging point in this story is the very quick turnaround, in and out time. We were given just 5 hours in total to get in and out and get the job done, including going through airport security. It took the Prime team just one hour and 20 minutes to get the first pictures up and had all eight PTZ and mini cameras up and rolling within two hours and 15 minutes. The successful shoot lasted just two hours (with three takes) and we de-rigged, packed and out in 45 minutes later. Not many (if any) minicam companies can do that!

4K Minicam Production
Prime has long been at the forefront of the latest minicam technology, so there should be no surprise that we are the first to go 4K across different minicam and PTZ cameras and recorders – providing 4K end to end. Prime has ordered twelve new 4K Panasonic AW-UE70 Cameras, six new Sony Alpha a7R II 42MP 4K Fullframe Mini DSLR Cameras and already taken delivery of twelve new BlackMagic Studio Pro 2 4K Recorders. We are keen to show this new 4K end to end minicam technology off, so book your demo now.

ITV Minicam Production
Prime has just secured the ITV contract to supply all the minicam services for a number of ITV productions, including Ant & Dec's 'Saturday Night Takeaway'. The legendary 'Undercovers' and 'In Your Ears' hidden camera elements within the show are meticulously planned with great detail going in to camera hides, camera positions and cable routes. The first show in the new series required six hidden PTZ cameras and ten hidden minicams. The hardest part for our crew was trying not to laugh out loud while controlling the PTZ cameras. The first show was hilarious and a huge success.
